Official Campaign Rules for
Buckeye Vodka's 1st Annual Summer Sipcation

       1. Eligibility:

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Residency Requirement: Open to legal residents of the state of Ohio.

  • Exclusions: Individuals living in the same household and are not residents of the state of Ohio
    are not eligible to enter or win


    2. Contest Period:

  • The contest begins at 12:00 AM (ET) on June 14, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on

  • July 31, 2024.


    3. How to Enter:
    Instagram Entry:

  • 1. Follow @BuckeyeVodka on Instagram.

  • 2. Post a photo on Instagram showcasing your favorite summer spot while enjoying Buckeye Vodka.

  • 3. Tag @BuckeyeVodka and use the hashtag #BuckeyeSipcation in the caption of your post or story.

  • 4. Ensure your profile is public during the contest period to qualify.

  • Additional Entries: Posts and stories featuring Buckeye Vodka in the image will receive two additional entries.


    4. Entry Requirements:

  •  Original Content: Entries must be the original work of the participant.

  • Compliance: Entries must adhere to Instagram’s terms of service and community guidelines.

  • Content Standards: Entries must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or harmful material.
    Buckeye Vodka reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed unsuitable.

  • Multiple Entries: Participants may enter multiple times; however, each entry must be unique.


    5. Winner Selection:

  • Judging Criteria: Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the campaign theme.

  • Announcement: Winners will be announced on Buckeye Vodka’s Instagram page and notified via direct message on or about August 5, 2024.


    6. Prizes:

  • Prizes: Three winners will receive a branded cooler and Buckeye Vodka swag.

  • Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items.


    7. Notification of Winners:

  • Direct Message: Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within five days of the contest end date.

  • Response Time: Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received,
    an alternate winner will be selected.

  • Public Announcement: Winners will be publicly announced on Buckeye Vodka’s social media channels.


    8. General Conditions:

  • Right to Cancel: Buckeye Vodka reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

  • Publicity Release: Participation constitutes entrant’s consent for Buckeye Vodka to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  • Disqualification: Buckeye Vodka reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the official rules.


    9. Liability:

  • Release of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Buckeye Vodka, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.

  • Assumption of Risk: Participants assume all risk of loss or injury arising from participation in the contest or
    receipt of any prize.
